Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Orbitspike, the operator of RedFitPanda. By creating an account or using RedFitPanda, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use RedFitPanda only with that permission.

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• Use only your own account and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for reviewing information before acting on it.
• You may delete your account through the Profile screen.

You keep ownership of photos, text, meal details, and other content you submit. You give Orbitspike a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve RedFitPanda.

Automated systems may identify food, estimate portions, read labels, calculate nutrition, or generate Coach responses. These outputs are estimates and may be wrong. You must review editable scan and nutrition results before logging or relying on them.

RedFitPanda uses OpenAI as a third-party AI service provider for meal-photo recognition, nutrition-label reading, Coach responses, and meal-recommendation explanations. These features may send submitted photos, meal hints, Coach messages and relevant conversation history, and relevant wellness, meal, nutrition, and water-progress context to OpenAI. See our Privacy Policy for details about this processing and privacy requests. Do not submit unnecessary personal information or information you do not have permission to share.

AI-generated responses are not professional medical or dietary advice and must not be used for emergencies, diagnosis, or treatment. Meal recognition cannot reliably detect every ingredient or allergen; verify food labels and ingredients independently, especially when an allergy or medical condition is involved.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or designed to disrupt the service.

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and promotional offers are displayed before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are processed under Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically when indicated at purchase unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before renewal.

Promotional codes and offers may have eligibility, duration, redemption, and plan limits. They have no cash value, may not be transferred or resold, and may be suspended or revoked in cases of abuse or error. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with RedFitPanda.
• Do not bypass access limits, security controls, or subscription restrictions.
• Do not use automated access unless Orbitspike has authorized it in writing.
• Do not misuse the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

We work to keep RedFitPanda available and accurate, but features may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular health outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Orbitspike is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of RedFitPanda. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update RedFitPanda or these terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using RedFitPanda and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Questions can be sent to hello@redfitpanda.com.
